I was just advised by Amazon that the book I ordered for my grandson at Gwinnet County jail was refused. Why would that be?

could be a hardcover. most jails only accept paperback books.

I need more detail. I was told the books could not be brought in that they had to be sent by a publisher. and how do I know his correct address such as block#? What else is he allowed to have?
