Try to stay in the holding cell as long as possible; Gwinnett County's payphones allow you to make FREE phone calls to any 678 770 or 404 phone number for unlimited time (just be courteous so that everyone can use it so that you dont get threatened)

Fulton and DeKalb dont have these priviledges.

You will not get your one phone call on GP, so if you need to make a long distance phone call, let the guards know. HOWEVER and this applies to everything, the first thing you want to do is ask everyone in the cell who the most chill sherriff is and who isnt cool.
